2. Platform Description

ActiviTrack is a field workforce management and geospatial progress tracking platform. It is licensed to business clients (responsible parties) under a software-as-a-service model. Individual field workers access ActiviTrack through a mobile application provided by their employer. ActiviTrack is not a consumer product and does not offer goods or services directly to members of the public via an online checkout.

Access to and use of ActiviTrack is governed by our Terms of Service, which supplement the written service agreement between SSCS and each client entity.

5. Limitation of Liability

SSCS provides the ActiviTrack platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SSCS excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Liability for direct loss is limited to the amounts paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in this disclosure limits SSCS's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

6. Governing Law

This disclosure and all matters relating to the ActiviTrack platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or in connection with ActiviTrack is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
